Services and Policies

WARRANTIES
Warranties cover parts and workmanship provided by TTS. Repair warranties are void if the items are tampered with, abused or misused by anyone other than TTS. All warranties begin on our invoice date, unless otherwise required by state law.

New computer system/assembly: 1 yr pr manufacturer's warranty.
Monitor/printer repair: 90 days
Used computer system/assembly: 30 days
CPU and memory components: no warranty

PRICING
Repair prices are on an hourly basis (time & material) unless negotiated otherwise. All prices, terms and availability are subject to change without notice. Call TTS for volume discount pricing. Prices valid in U.S. only. Computer system/assembly prices include applicable taxes.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
There may be additional charges for extra parts on Flat Rate repairs. Customer will be contacted for authorization before work is performed. A 15% restocking fee plus shipping will be charged for all returned products.

EXPEDITING
Some orders can be repaired within 24 hours for an additional charge. Call to see if your order qualifies.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders will be shipped C.O.D. Avoid the C.O.D. charge by pre-paying by check, Cashier's Check, or setting up credit terms. Checks require: 1) bank guarantee card and 2) valid driver's license or AZ ID.

RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE
Orders will be shipped via Ground UPS unless specified otherwise. Shipping and insurance charges are extra and will be added to final invoice.

TURNAROUND
Most repairs take from 2-14 days. Ask for a current quote when ordering. A loaner will be provided upon request, if available.

SERIAL NUMBERS
Some repairs require exchanging components that contain the serial number. Sometimes, the serial number comes off during cleaning. You may not receive the same serial number back after repair of your parts. You will be informed if this occurs.

UNREPAIRABLE EQUIPMENT
TTS reserves the right to not repair any item that exhibit excessive damage, abuse, misuse or if parts are unavailable or missing.

EXCESS INVENTORY
TTS may buy select units or lots. Call for price quote.
