Repair Price Guide

EVALUATION FEE
This is a flat rate fee charged for evaluation of most units. If you have the unit repaired by TTS, this fee will be applied to the cost of repair. Occasionally, the repair cost of a unit is more than the replacement cost. If you do not have the unit repaired by TTS, we will bill you the fee or keep the unit and bill you nothing, whichever you request.

REPAIR FEE
Repair prices are on an hourly basis with a one-hour minimum. The repair rate is $50.00 an hour plus the cost of any parts that are needed for repair. In most cases, the repair charge is lower than companies that charge a flat rate for repair.

MONITOR & PRINTER

  1. Evaluation fee $25.00
  2. Repair fee $50.00/hr + parts

CONTROLLERS
  1. Evaluation fee $25.00
  2. Repair fee $50.00/hr + parts

KEYBOARD
  1. Evaluation fee $25.00
  2. Repair fee $50.00/hr + parts
  3. Cleaning fee $35.00 per keyboard
If you have your keyboard repaired by TTS, we clean it for free

BOARD LEVEL Repair
  1. Evaluation fee $25.00
  2. Repair fee $50.00/hr + parts
